1. Where is the store located?

H Mart Manhattan Delivery is located at 39 Third Ave, New York, NY 10003.

 

2. How much is the delivery fee?

The delivery costs $5.00.

 

3. How much is the service fee?

We don’t charge service fee. 

 

4. Do you offer same day delivery? 

 Yes. All orders must be placed before 7PM for same day delivery.

 

5. Is there a minimum amount to order? 

The minimum order is $25.00.


 

6. Who do I contact if I have a problem with the order? 

For any issues regarding the order, you can email delivery@hanamartcorp.com or call (646) 596-7755. In order for us to be able to respond to you, please do not email info@hanamartcorp.com.


 

7. Do I need to create an account to order? 

Yes. We are requesting that you create an account for easy transaction.   

 

8. Can I pick the date and time of the delivery? 

You will be able to pick the date and time for delivery before checking out. You can also choose a schedule for delivery in advance.


 

9. Can I return my items to other H Mart locations?

Unfortunately, you can only return the items to the H Mart Store located on 9 Third Avenue New York, NY 10003. The items will not be accepted in other H Mart locations.

 

 

10. Do you offer free delivery if I reach a certain amount? 

Unfortunately, we don’t offer free delivery. 



11. What do I do if some of my items are missing?

Some items may not be available, we will notify you through email or text and refund the items. But if you didn’t receive any email or text, you can contact delivery@hanamartcorp.com or call (646) 596-7755, and we will respond to you as soon as possible. 

Please do not send email and contact info@hanamartcorp.com, otherwise we will not be able to respond to you.

 

12. Do you deliver in all area in New York City?

We do not deliver to Queens, Bronx, and Brooklyn. We only deliver to 25 zip codes in Manhattan. You can refer to our Delivery Policy for the zip codes or check the zip code validator below the website. 

 

13. What if my orders didn’t arrive on time?

We will notify the customer by email if there are any delays in your order. You can email us if your order didn't arrive on time and we will update you as soon as possible. 

 

14. How do I cancel my order?

To cancel an order, Call (646) 596-7755 from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, or email delivery@hanamartcorp.com from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm before the scheduled delivery time. We are unable to cancel any orders once the driver has picked up and delivered the products. Otherwise, you can return the items to the store as long as items are in their original packaging and with the receipt.

Please keep in mind that if you email info@hanamartcorp.com, we won't be able to reply to you immediately.

 

15.  How will I know if my order has been received?

The driver will contact the customer, but we would recommend if you put notes or delivery instructions before placing the order for easier communication.  

 

16. Do you offer discount? Do you offer discounts on bulk amounts?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer discounts. 

 

17. Can I add and remove items on my order? 

We are currently unable to make changes to the order, which means we cannot add or remove items once the order has already been picked up. If you want to make any changes to your order, please call (646) 596-7755 or email delivery@hanamartcorp.com two (2) hours before your delivery time.

We advise you not to email us at info@hanamartcorp.com, otherwise we will not be able to respond to you immediately.

 

18. Do you accept EBT / Food Stamps? 

Unfortunately, We do not accept EBT or Food Stamps. 

 

19. Can I changed the delivery time and date once I placed the order?

Any changes can be made 2 hours before the delivery time by emailing delivery@hanamartcorp.com or calling (646) 596-7755.

Furthermore, please do not contact and email info@hanamartcorp.com, otherwise we won't be able to respond immediately.

 

20. Do you accept H Mart Gift Certificates / Coupons / Rewards Points? 

We do not accept H Mart Gift Certificates, Coupons, and Rewards Points.

 

21. What do I do if I received a bad quality of fresh product? 

Please contact delivery@hanamartcorp.com or call (646) 596-7755. In order for us to be able to respond to you, please do not email info@hanamartcorp.com.

 

22. Do you offer price matching services?

We don’t offer price matching. 

 

23. What if the products are available in the shop but not online? Is it possible to order those via email or by phone?

Unfortunately, we are unable do that. We can only deliver the things we sell on our website. Some items are not deliverable as of now.
